The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is recruiting for two positions: Senior Data Analyst and Junior Data Analyst. The contract lasts three years and may extend for up to two more years.

Age Limit
Applicants must meet the following age criteria:
- Senior Data Analyst: Maximum age of 40 years.
- Junior Data Analyst: Maximum age of 35 years.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
- MBA/PGDM or MSc in Maths/Statistics/IT or equivalent from a recognized university.
Experience in data analytics tools like Excel, Python, or Power BI is also required.
Experience Requirements
Experience needed for each position:
- Senior Data Analyst: Minimum of 8 years in the BFSI domain.
- Junior Data Analyst: Minimum of 3 years in the BFSI domain.
Contract Duration
The initial contract is for three years, extendable at the bank’s discretion for up to two additional years. Either party can terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
Selection Process
The selection will involve shortlisting candidates and conducting personal interviews. A merit list will be created based on interview scores.
Posting Location
Selected candidates will be posted in Mumbai.
Remuneration
Compensation will be market-linked and based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Annual increments may be considered based on performance reviews.
