Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 69 years as of January 1, 2025. The empanelled psychologists should not exceed 70 years of age.

Qualification Required

Applicants must have a Post-graduation (M.A.) degree in Counselling Psychology. Preference is given to those with a PhD or M.Phil in Psychology and certification in counselling therapy.

Experience Required

Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in Counselling Psychology. Preference will be given to those with experience in government or public sector roles.

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on shortlisting and a personal interview as stated in the official notification.

Period of Engagement

The engagement period is one year, on a contract basis. The bank may extend this until the psychologist reaches 70 years of age, based on positive feedback.

Remuneration

Psychologists will receive a consolidated monthly payment of Rs 100,000. No additional allowances or benefits will be provided.
