The sub-registrar’s office reported a case to the police. A man named Shivaji Ramdas Shende, 40, used fake documents to register a piece of land. The documents were signed by someone named Snehal Barge, who did not actually sign them. The sub-registrar, Vidya Amol Sangale, filed a report under different sections of the Indian Penal Code. The incident happened on June 13, 2022, and the report was filed on November 13. Shende presented a fake NA order in Barge’s name to register the land. This action was considered fraudulent and misleading by the government.
