Vidya Amol Sangale, a 34-year-old sub-registrar in Haveli, filed the first information report (FIR) for an offence on June 13, 2022, under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and BNS Section 82.
The sub-registrar’s office reported a case to the police. A man named Shivaji Ramdas Shende, 40, used fake documents to register a piece of land. The documents were signed by someone named Snehal Barge, who did not actually sign them. The sub-registrar, Vidya Amol Sangale, filed a report under different sections of the Indian Penal Code. The incident happened on June 13, 2022, and the report was filed on November 13. Shende presented a fake NA order in Barge’s name to register the land. This action was considered fraudulent and misleading by the government.
