Qualification and Experience Required for ESIC Recruitment 2024:
Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
Senior Resident (under Residency Scheme):
- MBBS with a PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in the relevant specialty.
Full-Time Specialist:
- Post Graduate Degree/DNB or Diploma in the relevant specialty after MBBS with MCI registration.
Experience:
- Junior Level Specialist: 3 years for degree holders, 5 years for diploma holders.
- Senior Level Specialist: 5 years for degree holders, 7 years for diploma holders.
Super Specialist:
- Recognized medical qualification and M.Ch./DM in the relevant specialty.
- 3 years of experience after the first postgraduate degree.
Salary for ESIC Recruitment 2024:
Monthly salaries for selected candidates are as follows:
- Full-Time Super Specialist (Entry Level): Rs. 200,000.
- Full-Time Specialist (Senior Level): Rs. 78,800 plus allowances.
- Senior Resident: Rs. 67,700 plus allowances.
Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:
Appointments will be on a contractual basis:
- Full-Time Specialist: 3 years, renewable based on performance.
- Part-Time Specialist: 1 year from the date of joining.

Selection will be through a walk-in interview. No travel allowance will be provided.
