Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting candidates for Short-term Apprenticeship Training (2024-2025) in Electronic Mechanic, EP, DMM, Fitter, COPA, Turner, Machinist, and Electrician. Only candidates from the southern region (Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) are eligible.
Training Period for BEL Recruitment 2024:
Candidates will undergo ONE Year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 at the Bangalore Complex Unit.
Eligibility for BEL Recruitment 2024:
Applicants must have completed ITI on or after January 1, 2020. Final semester candidates awaiting results are not eligible.
Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024:
The maximum age limit is 21 years. There is an upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Stipend for BEL Recruitment 2024:
Selected candidates for Fitter, DMM, EL, Turner, EP, EM, and Machinist will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,333. For COPA/PASAA, the stipend will be Rs. 9,185 during the training period.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2024:
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Written Test. ITI candidates will attend a WALK-IN selection at BEL, Bengaluru Complex.
