- At least 90% of the BC locations must be active for a minimum of 15 days in a month.
- 50% of the BC Agents must achieve a minimum “Satisfactory” rating, increasing to 60% from April 2023.
- Each BC Supervisor will receive a fixed mobile expense of Rs. 200 per month.
